Yay I finally have a real job!!!!

So I am now the assistant dining room manager at Triple Creek Ranch! Yep I am going back! It should be great though, I finally don't have to worry about what is going to happen in the slow seasons. I get to be home with the fam for Thanksgiving then back to Montana. I have never spent a whole winter there so I will have to write and tell about how it is. Gabby and MJ are doing great and I am so excited for the next time that I get to see them, but I am really super excited to go back to WA and watch the Price is right with David. Does anyone else watch it? It is really the best show on TV! No sex, swearing, violence. Ok there may be some violence, but I don't think they air it.
I just spent the weekend in NYC with my friend Kelly and it was so great. I actually went to parts of it that I never knew existed. If anyone ever takes a trip there defiently go to Soho and the meatpacking district and walk the residential area. Stop by Magnolia Bakery and try a cupcake or slice of cake too! Super cool. There are cobblestone roads and beautiful buildings. They also have a park called the highrise park that they made over an old railroad track over part of Manhatten to preserve it.

Fall is here!

Life in the fall....Well to start off with I am back in NJ. I feel like anytime I have time to write on my blog I am out here. I still do not have a stable life. I work seasonal jobs like my student loans will pay themselves off. No really it's not so bad sometimes. I get to do things like come out to the east coast for a month. I was really wanting to spend some good quality time with the family on the west coast. I hope I have time to do that...o wait I quit my job so right now I have as much time as I would like. I love baking, but I really missed the interaction with people. I worked with chef's in the kitchen, but you really start to get to know people to well and I started losing a piece of the positive Molly working without new faces. So it is looking like I have some new prospective jobs, but I can't really post about them yet. I am still trying to figure out my love life too. I am at a fork in the road as some would call it. I know some people would love to be in my place right now. I have a job offer in England, New Hampshire, Montana, or possibly Portland. What a blessing. I really am blessed. I got to come out here in prime fall time. There really is no better place to be in the fall then the east. Spectacular colors! I am being able to be a part of Gabby's life, and she is a big part of mine. She is driving now and it is so much fun to talk with her. I can't wait to be with my mom though! I really hope that God put's a plan in my future. I keep praying about it. It is so much fun to see all my friends with their cute families, but by golly when is it going to be my turn? Anyway, I blabbed on to long. Tommorrow is Halloween and I am taking Gabby and her friends to frightfest as six flags so I should snooze now. Until later, chow.

Summer

Hi everyone!
It has been all summer since my last blog. It has been pretty crazy. I went to Utah for two days to see the fam. Gabby came out and we did the Montana tour. I went to a Josh Ritter concert in Bozeman. I am still working hard at TCR making desserts. It has been fun. I am really trying to figure out what in the world I am going to do for the winter though, so if anyone has any suggestions... I love my life it's so unpredictable. Well that is the quick catch up. Chow for now.

Boston

Boston

I just got back from Boston and wow what a whirlwind. What a great city. It was really neat we did the Freedom Trail and I got to visit with one of my friends from UT and one of my friends from NH came down to visit also. Unfortunatly Paul Revere's house and the USS Constitution were not open on Monday's so we did not get to see those. We did however see the fourth oldest church in America built in the early 1600's. It is so crazy how much older the history can get out here on the east coast. I am heading back to WA soon and starting to feel kind of sad about leaving. It is so easy to get used to a lifestyle and so much fun spending time with people who are important to you. I feel really lucky that I know the Melillo's and that they gave me a job while the ranch was closed. Hip hip hooray for weekends by the way!

Life on the East Coast

Wow life has been so crazy busy out here lately! I just finished painting MJ's bedroom. It is like a caramel wall color. It's such a great feeling to just accomplish something like that. I went to Jacque Torres chocolate shop in NYC today. What a fun experience. Gabby went with me and we actually got to meet him and shake his hand. What a very nice French man he was. It was great. He is a big deal in the Baking world so it was very fun for me. We also went to Les Halles and had dinner, which is an Anthony Bordaine restaurant. It was super yummy. Life has been really great out here. Gab and MJ will never cease to make my jaw drop with things they do good and bad. It is just so much different then the lifestyle of growing up in UT. I just wanted to post an update. I am going to be going out to Boston in two weeks. Brad Tanner is coming out to visit and we are going to have a historical journey on the East coast. It should be fun.

Taxes

Wow I always forget how much I really hate filing taxes! I don't know half of the questions they are wanting me to answer and I am sure they are going to hunt me down and make me pay some big fee because I didn't do something right. Besides the fact that I get these things in the mail that I have no idea what they are, but they say they are tax documents. So happy I still get refunds though, which is probably because I fill out the form wrong. Anyhow hooray for taxes!
